Initial meeting with Search Committee
An in-person meeting (preferably over a weekend) where a Celebration Ministry Staffing team member experiences the church worship services and meets with all key decision-makers in the hiring process.
The search officially begins
Celebration Ministry Staffing personnel will take the information gathered from the questionnaire and initial meeting to begin the process of researching and reviewing potential candidates.
Report to the Search Committee
Celebration Ministry Staffing personnel will report back to the Search Committee on their progress. This is a check-in of sorts. We want to make sure we are headed in the right direction.
After interviewing all candidates, we will conduct reference checks, background checks, spousal interviews and present the top candidates.
Formal presentation of top candidates
A presentation will be made in a face-to-face or video meeting with the Search Committee, complete with detailed information on background, qualifications, strengths, weaknesses and family information.
Celebration Ministry Staffing personnel will assist in the creation and submission of the offer to the candidate.
We guarantee the position for one year. If the candidate is terminated, we will assist in another search. The only additional charges will be for related expenses (travel, background checks, etc.).
